PRIORITY DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION, FOR DAYS 1 or 2, IS FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2009. BOOTH SPACE IS LIMITED: Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for each day. Registration may end early, for either of the two days listed, if all available booth spaces are reserved.

Employers Register for the Fall Career Fair via the UWPioneer Career Network (PCN) Go to the Career Center webpage at: https://www.myinterfase.com/uwplatt/employer

• Registered Employers: Log-in to your “Active” PCN account and click on Career Events.
• New users of PCN: New users will need to create a PCN account; this account may take up to one business day to be processed and activated.

The Registration Fee includes:

• BOOTH SPACE - 6’ x 8’and includes a six-foot (6’) table with cloth covering and access to electricity
• DISPLAYS LARGER THAN THE SPECIFIED BOOTH SPACE WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
• Employer registration for up to two representatives ($15 for each additional representative; out of courtesy for other employers, please limit number of representatives to four). Continental breakfast and buffet lunch (NOTE: lunch tickets will be provided for only those individuals registered to attend; “day of” lunch requests are not encouraged due to catering limitations; “day of” lunch ticket requests will be charged at $15 each with payment due at time of request)
• Pre-paid campus parking pass (available via email & day of event)
• Listing in Career Fair Employer Book: must be registered by 4:15 pm on the “Priority Deadline” date Friday, July 31, 2009

NOTE: This is a multiple day career fair event. Employers register for the day(s) that best meet their recruitment schedule and needs. The $200.00 registration fee DOES NOT include registration for the two days.

CAMPUS INTERVIEWS:

• Campus interview requests for September 22, 23, 24 are currently being accepted (first-requested, first-served basis):
  September 22: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm; ALSO Available 3:30 – 8:00 pm
  September 23: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm; ALSO Available 3:30 – 8:00 pm
  September 24: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• In order to accommodate as many campus interview requests that we can, some room reservations for campus interviews the day after the career fair may be for rooms located in an academic building or in the Pioneer Student Center (it depends on availability and number of requests received).
• Campus interviews may also be scheduled from 3:30 - 8:00 p.m. on September 22 and 23.

• Remember space is limited for campus interview requests for the “days after” the career fairs.
