University of Wisconsin-Platteville senior Briana Kaiser became the second player in Pioneer volleyball history to be named All-American twice on Thursday.
Kaiser, a middle blcoker from Cuba City, was named honorable mention All-American by the American Volleyball Coaches Association for the second-straight year.
In 2011, she led the Pioneers with 376 kills and third on the team with 99 blocks, in addition to being named first team all-conference earlier this week. With being named first team all-region, she moves on to the ballot for all-american honors.
Kaiser and UW-Platteville finished fourth in the WIAC Tournament and posted a 21-16 overall record.
