UW-Platteville won both of its Saturday games in its own six-team invitational, finishing with a 3-1 mark and in second.
The Pioneers beat Loras 25-18, 22-25, 25-18, 25-18 in the morning session then came back beat UW-Stout 25-14, 9-25, 25-15, 25-15. Top-ranked and undefeated UW-Oshkosh claimed the team title with a 4-0 weekend.
Briana Kaiser earned one of the six all-tournament berths after leading the Pioneers with 45 kills on the weekend. She had 15 against the Duhawks and 16 vs. the Blue Devils Saturday to lead the victories. Melissa Hillebrand added 14 kills, and Samatha Rampart had 12 vs. Loras. Ali Sikic had 53 assists on the Pioneers' 61 kills, as UWP hit at a .245 clip against Loras.
Defensively, Abby Carey totaled 22 digs in Saturday's opener, while Leslie White recorded a team-high 19 in the afternoon.
The Pioneers take an 8-6 record to Beloit College Tuesday.
