The Pioneer men's and women's track and field team will play host to some of the nation's elite programs at the Nike/Impact Sports UW-Platteville Invitational Saturday.
Both men's and women's squads from Wartburg, UW-Oshkosh, Loras and Dubuque, as well as the UW-Stevens Point men and the UW-La Crosse women will join the Pioneers on the second-ever event on the new outdoor track. Central and UW-Madison will be sending partial squads.
Field events begin at 11 a.m. with track events starting at 12:30 p.m.
Admission is free to this event.
