UW-Platteville's Jessica Scott earned the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference track athlete of the week award for her performance at Wartburg College Saturday.

Scott, a junior from Kiel, won the 800-meter run in a NCAA Division III automatic qualifying time of 2:12.21 at the Wartburg Select. Her time ranks as the best in the country this season. Scott was also a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that posted a provisional qualifying time of 3:58.7.

The Pioneers will host the UWP/Nike Impact Sports Invitational Saturday, with field events set to begin at 10:30 a.m. and track at 10:45.
