Former UW-Platteville runner Ryan Kleimenhagen was sixth in the 1,500-meter run at the USA Indoor Track and Field Championships Saturday in Boston.
The former Pioneer crossed the finish line in 3:46.44 to finish sixth among 11 runners. Kleimenhagen was competing at the prestigious event for the second year in a row. He set the UW-Platteville record in the event last year at 3:46.55.
Highlights of the national championships will be televised on ESPN Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
