If you have iTunes 4.9 or better on a Mac or PC, and an internet connection, you can receive WSUP without a web browser. In iTunes, Advanced Menu, select Open Stream.

Enter http://www.uwplatt.edu/athletics/stream/wsup_high.mov.

WSUP will be permanently added to your Library.
