Ohio Wesleyan pushed across two runs in the bottom of the seventh to beat UW-Platteville 4-3 in the final game of the Pioneers' spring trip to Kissimmee, Fla. Saturday.
UWP also dropped a 6-3 game to Westminster, Pa. Saturday and finished its trip with a 4-6 record.
The Pioneers had six hits against Ohio Wesleyan, including an Abby Lalko triple and a Lindsay Weigand double. Lalko led the way against Westminster with a pair of doubles.
The Pioneers are scheduled to begin their northern schedule at the University of Dubuque, weather permitting. The JV game scheduled for Tuesday at Clarke has been cancelled.
