The UW-Platteville women's soccer team lost 1-0 at UW-Oshkosh Friday night, the fifth 1-0 loss the Pioneers have suffered in conference play this season.
UWO's Erin Rickard scored at the 70:49, breaking the scoreless tie in Titan Stadium. The Pioneers had three shots on goal, while UWP keeper Laurie Trifone saved 10 shots.
UW-Oshkosh is 9-8-1 overall and 4-3-1 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play. The Pioneers concluded the regular season 3-12-5, 1-6-1 and will play on the road in the first round of the WIAC playoffs Tuesday at a site to be determined by Saturday's final league games.
