Boatman, Kaiser are all-WIAC

Boatman a senior center from Darlington, was named first team all-WIAC. Kaiser, a junior forward from Hazel Green, was named honorable mention all-WIAC.

Boatman led the WIAC in rebounding with an average of eight rebounds per game. She is in the top 10 of four WIAC categories including scoring and field goal percentage. Her rebounding skills continued to shine through the season when she broke her career high in a game versus UW-La Crosse with 15 rebounds. Boatman was a team leader for the Pioneers this season as the only senior player. She showed her leadership on the court as the top scorer in eight games, and top rebounder 14 times. Boatman led the WIAC in scoring and rebounding in double figures in the same game, with eight double-doubles.

Kaiser showed top scoring abilities this season on the court as the top scorer for the Pioneers. She was the leading scorer in 13 games. She scored 20 points in four games this season, helping her achieve second in the WIAC standings for scoring with an average of 13.7 points per game. Not only is Kaiser a top player on the court for the Pioneers, but she also was named ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District V Second Team Award.
