UW-Platteville will send individuals in five events and two relay teams to the NCAA Division III national championships Thursday through Saturday in Marietta, Ohio.

Jessica Scott and Ann Tank are both competing in the 800-meter run and on the 4x400 relay. Scott has the nation's fifth-fastest time in the 800 at 2:10.14, while Tank is eighth at 2:11.63. Alison (Ross) Glendenning has also qualified in two events, as she will run the 400-hurdles (seeded 17th in 1:03.42) and will team with Scott, Tank and Liz Baker in the 4x400 relay. The Pioneer quartet is ranked fourth nationally with a top time of 3:50.88.

Corey Digman is ranked fourth in the discus throw, coming in with a best toss of 169-10. Andy Melby is seeded eighth in the 110-meter hurdles at 14:51, while the 4x100 team of Alex Switzky, Matt Bischoff, Mitch Spees and Lynn Oyawiri is ranked 13th in 41.47.

The top eight in each event earn all-America honors.
