UW-Platteville's Jessica Scott earned the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference indoor track athlete of the week award.

Scott, a senior from Kiel, reached a NCAA Division III provisional qualifying mark of 4:59.67 in the mile run at the Wisconsin Elite Meet Friday. Her time currently ranks third in the nation in the event.

The Pioneers compete at Wartburg Saturday, then are hosts for the 10-team Nike/Impact Sports UW-Platteville Invitational Feb. 14 at 10 a.m.
