Going to the "Crash Site"

I think teaching at UWP is a great experience because teaching undergraduate students is priority one at UW-Platteville. At UW-Platteville if you are not teaching, you are not doing your job! Recognition, rewards and career advancement are based on excellence in teaching.

UWP offers students a chance to learn by going to the "crash site." Whether it is agribusiness, engineering, or some other subject, students have a chance to learn by doing. They can go to the "crash site," sift through the rubble and figure out why agribusiness was not as profitable as it should have been or why the bridge didn't hold up.
