Food... Because I'm hungry?
So the Asian Cafe delivers. They give very good portions, so you get quite a bit for your $11 of meal. And my friend Will is the delivery boy on duty tonight. So. I ordered it while I'm working here at the Exponent office.
So it's all delicious and wonderful (of course) and I gobbled up some of it (of course), but unfortuantely it's left me feeling a little queasy but still hungry. I didn't have a very substantial lunch, now that I think about it, and coming from a mostly German background, I'm used to a pretty heavy meal in the evenings. Asian food is DELICIOUS, *please* don't get me wrong, and for goodness' sake I love the Asian Cafe to death. But right now I can't stop day (evening?)-dreaming about steak and roast and potatoes and for some reason, spaghetti, even though Italian isn't really a favorite of mine. However, I *LOVE* the Olive Garden. I want to go, actually. Soon. Right now, though that's not feasible at all. :P
I wish my pocketbook could keep up with my spending. Especially on food. I loooove food. If I keep it up, maybe I'll gain a few more pounds. Not too many more... but I want to get to a solid nice weight in which I still look petite (I have a petite bone structure, my doctor said once) but not... well... wasted away and thin and sick, like I do now. Tough line to walk, I think.
