From Mark Adkins, Wartburg SID: Due to a weekend forecast of frigid temperatures combined with strong winds, the 2007 Wartburg College Select track and field meet has been canceled. Wartburg head coach Marcus Newsom noted that he and all of the head coaches involved in the meet indicated those two factors as well as not having an indoor facility to keep athletes warmed up in figured into the decision.
